Finally visited the Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters in Mumbai

This cafe is in town since few months and i have been planning to visit and try out their freshly brewed coffee and finally last weekend I happen to visit Blue Tokai with my office friends.

The location is bit secluded in shakti mills at Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ambiance is really cool. We made ourselves comfortable and spoke to one of the barista out there and her recommendation helped us choose our coffee 🙂

the store is designed in such a way that you can watch them roasting the beans and also check the process from bean to cup.

Most of us cold brew and one of my friend ordered Cortado (A cortado is a beverage that consists of espresso coffee mixed with a roughly equal amount of warm milk to reduce the acidity.)

I tried out tonic coffee and it was so refreshing something new that you must try out this summer. to compliment our coffee we had almond and butter croissants.

Iced Latte was just perfect for a coffee lover however if you like coffee with sugar do add some before you try it out and for sure it wont disappoint you 🙂
